HikaShop Business 2.3.2 on Joomla 3.3.1

I am setting my shop but I have a problem with the calculation of the price for shipping.

I have set some manual shipping method (img 1):

1 - pick up in shop address for free
2 - free shipping for products with weight 0.010
3 - 8 € for products with weight from 0.020 to 1.900
4 - 12.40 € for products with weight from 2 to 14.900
5 - 20 € for products with weight from 15 to 34.900
6 - 28 € for products with weight from 35 to 99.900
7 - 41 € for products with weight from 100 to 999

vat is 22%

the method 1 is set to "override shipping address" -> your shop address (img 2)

all the other methods are set to "override shipping address" -> your shop address and restrictions by minimun/maximus weight (img 3)

I have 3 products:

(a) casio with weight 55 kg
(b) roland with weight 65 kg
(c) yamaha with weight 0,010 kg because I want free shipping for this product

It is all OK if I buy 1 product, I can select pick up to my shop or shipping by courier and the calculation is correct.
It is OK if I change the quantities to 2 or more, the calculation is correct: the price for shipping changes to new rate for new weight

The problem is when I buy 2 products.
I can select for each product the method of shipping and it is OK (img 4) but if I select the shipping by courier for both products the price for shipping is wrong (img 5). Shipping is 34,16x2 -> 68,32 (wrong)
the correct price must be 50,02 (method 7) because the total weight is 55 kg for 1 product + 65 kg for the other product = 120 kg total weight

where is my mistake?

Hi,

It is indeed a strange result, with you configuration you should have only one time the choice for the shipping method, it should not be displayed twice.

At this time the shipping methods seems to be working as if the option "Use price per product" were enabled in the shipping method settings. So calculating one shipping price per product based on its own price instead of calculate the price based on both weights at one time.

Could you try to enable the "use price per product" option, save and, disable it again ?

I have also think that, I already try to select price for products, save, deselect and save again but with no success.

I just tested it and it seems to be working fine for me the shipping method 7 is showing :

I am happy to see it works even though I don't understand ... In my previous tests I have observed that anomaly otherwise I would not have requested your help .... Anyway I am happy and thanks for your support!
