Multiple shipping options appear erroneously

This one is for the search engine... I had 1 shipping carrier setup (USPS) in testing with shipping price per product turned OFF yet I still got multiple shipping method options when I had two items in the cart. (one for each item). After an exhaustive search and not finding any solutions I realized my error:

One of the products had the appropriate warehouse assigned - the other was not configured in a warehouse at all. Hikashop apparently sees that as two warehouses and therefore offers two shipping options. There were no obvious signs on the shipping screen that indicated the two products were coming from separate warehouses.

So, if anybody else runs into this - check your product configuration!
