No shipping method found

-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.24
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome and others
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No shipping method found

I hope you can help because I'm stumped. We can't take any orders right now so your help is urgently needed.

I've gone through your FAQ and the forums and I can seem to figure out how to fix this. We use UPS shipping method and I've gone through all of my products and I can find any weight or dimension errors.

The site was working fine until this week when I upgraded Hikashop starter to the latest version and I added some new products.

I've attached my .csv to this message in case you can spot any errors.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Hi,

Please edit your UPS shipping method(s) and re-save them.
There were new options in the plugin and there is a bug that I have already reported which will be fix in the next release.
For the moment you have to re-save your ups plugin in order to get a full configuration for the new options.

Thanks for the fast reply! I had already done that and I still have the issue with the no shipping method on the front end? Any solution for getting it working today?

Hello,
I just tested it with a product which have the same dimensions/weight as your your "Aliance Primo Blend: Medium Roast" product and it worked fine, so can you give me a temporary back-end access through a private message so that I can directly test it and see from where your issue is coming from ?

Thanks for looking into it. Did you change anything or did it just work for you?

I still get the popup that says "No Shipping Method Found". My workflow:

Add product to cart
Proceed to checkout
Message pops up: "No Shipping Method Found"

Is that what you did?

Hi,

Yes it is what Mohamed did.
But maybe the UPS plugin is not working with your account due to, your shipping address, or the products you added in your cart.
UPS ground just allow to send product by ground, so depending the shipping address ; ups might not be able to deliver it.
