Adding new State or Province

Hi,

I promised to myself to never ask for help again, unless I was ready to help...but my luck run out!

I was able to find many features and have found many strategies to get some things to work, but...

In the countries List, there's something missing:
An Italian Province (Bolzano) is missing;

A state is missing: (Repubblica di San Marino) and its provinces are missing too

That's quite a problem, because people can't give a proper shipping address!

I will add those and would like to create a file including those updates, to share with other Hikashop useres

About San Marino...you are right! It was a mistake of the computer I was using! It didn't refresh the field, so when it came up in San Marino, the provinces appeared as France, and I thought it was a mistake (San Marino is really small and mistakes could have appened!)

About BOLZANO, it's different;
Trentino-Alto Adige (aka Sudtirol, or South Tyrol) is just a region, the same as Lombardia, Lazio, Puglia, Toscana and so on;
Bolzano is a city, just like Milano, Napoli, Firenze, and it should be listed as a Province, but doesn't appear in the list.

Note:
In Italy some provinces happen to have a special status, but they are still provinces of Italy, and must be listed, otherwise people can't properly place an order, because the province would be missing;
The interested regions are

Valle D'Aosta (The only Province is Aosta)

Trentino-Alto Adige {or sudtirol, or south tyrol and so on) (The provinces are Trento and Bolzano)
However, Trento is correctly Listed as a Province in Hikashop!

So, it would be better if we remove "Alto Adige", and add "Bolzano" in it's place.

About "Aosta", it's listed as "Valle D'Aosta", but the latter is a Region, not a Province, so it would be better to change to "Aosta"
