Would it be possible to see screenshot of your shipping configuration ?
Even if there is no issue mentioned in the changelog ; I will recommend you to update HikaShop with the latest version (2.4.0).
( A new HikaMarket version has been few days ago but for the moment there is no automatic update activated so for HikaMarket I'll suggest you to wait for the automatic update to perform an update )
