UPS shipping in checkout issue.

I'm getting these issues and errors:

From UPS shipping plugin:

1. Error while sending XML to UPS. Error code: 110003. Message: Maximum number of packages exceeded (50). Don't know where this is coming from. Checked everywhere. The 50 is the quantity amount not the packaging. You can recreate the error with the given URL.

2. Shipping method not found - the plugin is enabled.

Checkout issue:
3. This is the scenario: I have 50 pens selling at $1.90 each with $100 preselected options in the checkout page total of $195. Now this is the issue: when the customer logs-in, it refreshes with a total of $5,095.00. Its only suppose to total $195.00. Its adding the total amount with the selected options as a unit rather than per unit without the options. It shouldn't total the options chosen per quantity.

Please advice. You're help is highly appreciated.

Can you show me how did you configured your UPS shipping method through some screenshots and also test it with the UPS "Group packages" option set to YES ?

You should follow each step of the "shipping method" section of the FAQ : www.hikashop.com/support/faq.html#ship
3.
If you have set a $100 option for you product, that option price will be added per unit.
