The UPS services/rates returned to your shopping cart are determined by the information passed to it. The shopping cart information is collected and parsed/copied to an XML or SOAP Envelope request file and sent to UPS for a rate. UPS then returns a XML or SOAP Envelope that is parsed/copied back to the shopping cart for display.
Sometimes when you setup a shopping cart, the shopping cart will request that you select the UPS services. As I have no idea what shopping cart you are using, I do not know what services were selected or even your shopping cart prompts you to select any UPS services.
As you are using a shopping cart you will need to contact your shopping cart provider to assist you with collecting the log file or debugging the shopping cart for the requested XML or SOAP Envelope request file.
Regrettably, we do not have step by step instructions for debugging or collecting log files from any shopping cart.
