No shipping method found

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Message
No shipping method found

Attached are screen captures that might help. I had shipping working great and then after setting up taxes the shipping stopped working. I want the shipping calculated by the UPS shipping plugin. What did I mess up?

Hi,

The way you configured your shipping method, it will only display if your address is in California.
I suppose that you want to remove the Zone that you selected in the warehouse area of your shipping method so that the shipping method can be used for addresses outside the zone that is currently selected.

that error message happens for addresses in california

Hi,

Please remove the Zone that you selected in the warehouse area of your shipping method. You don't want it.

Hello,
That's weird, I just tested it on my end with he SAME configuration and it worked fine, Can you :
1. Download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it and test it again ?

2. If you're still having that issue, can you also give me a temporary FTP access through the Contact form so that I can fully debug it ?

Hi,

Yes ; regarding the ticket, Mohamed performed some tests and found the issue.
It looks like it was coming from the fact that you have edited your "California" state for the value "Code 3 letters".
So Mohamed reverted it to use the default and correct configuration.
