Message : No shipping method found

No shipping method found

Hi
I got one issue about Shipping method
When I want to buy something from my online shop I am getting alert that :

Message
No shipping method found

but I was creating 3 manulas methods in hikashop->System->Shipping MEthods
I dont tick none 'Restrictions' on these method, also my products dont have none 'weight'

Hi,

I would recommend first to update to the latest version of HikaShop. Maybe that will help.
Then, you can check each point of this FAQ:
"I don't see any shipping methods during the checkout, what is the problem ?"

Hi,

You won't find that kind of information in the Joomla error log ; but you will find them in the PHP error log.

Hi,

It depends on your hosting ; you should see that with them.
Otherwise you can see to set the "error reporting level" to "maximum" in your Joomla global configuration ; it could help and display the error messages instead of that "internal server error" page.

But without any information about the PHP error ; it will be more than complicated to know what the issue really is (and so, to fix it).

Yes I changed for error_raport 'maximum' and I got installation of a new version of hikashop, but still is not working shipping method

Hello,
These are just "Strict Standards" errors, they will just disappear when you'll lower the "error reporting" option.
Can you follow each step of the "Shipping methods" section of the FAQ regarding your "No shipping method was found" ?

Oki I check this list and everything i have the same like is writing there, but I have some questions about 2 points:

1) Check that the manual shipping plugin is installed and published
- so i got one (you can see on the screenshot)

6) Check that you have the shipping view in the checkout workflow option of the configuration
I think I got (see the screenshot)

Another points i understood and i have correctly

Hi,

1. You've got one. But you probably don't use it, as this one is only for France. So that means that you uninstalled the others and that' why you get that error. Install again HikaShop and it will fix the problem by installing back all the plugins that were removed.

Hi,

We removed your screenshot because they were some private information available.
Even if the files are there, the plugin could be "uninstalled" and not being present in the database.
In that case you should use the "discover" feature in Joomla extension manager ; where Joomla can detected plugins files which does not have an entry in the database (and then it can register them).
