UPS plugin not showing shipping method

-- HikaShop version -- : Business Version 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : Joomla 3.4.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No shipping method found

Hello,

We use Manual shipping method and UPS plugin. The Manual method displays but the UPS does not. I reviewed your forum, FAQs. The product has variants and these have dimensions set up as well. I'm attaching screenshots:

Is there anything in the main Configuration that we may be missing? e.g. we have no Warehouse set up.

Hi,

With the screenshots provided I don't see a problem.
Disable the manual shipping method and then you should see an error message during the checkout, during the shipping methods selection step, telling you what is the problem with your settings.

Hi, I disabled Manual Shipping and the error showing is "No shipping method found".

There is obviously something missing in the configuration or there is an issue with the UPS account. Do we need to have a specific type of account with UPS in order to use this Hikashop plugin? Your documentation www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...ipping-ups-form.html says “UPS Access Key: Your UPS Access Key. You can get this key on this page if you already have an UPS account.” So, our regular UPS account access key will not work?

I see many people have this very same problem. Please let me know what else I should look for in the configuration etc. Thank you.

If you correctly filled the UPS credentials options and a correct warehouse, you SHOULD have an UPS shipping method available.
Did you set a restriction option through your UPS configuration page ?

Hi,

what UPS Configuration page you mean? In Hikashop > System > SHipping Methods? If so then the answer is no - we did not set up any restrictions.
