Shipping Method - CANPAR ...

Hello:

I have setup two shipping methods. One Manual. The other one CANPAR. The manual one shows up in the check out process. But CANPAR does not. Even if I only have CANPAR, it does not show in checkout process.

Is CANPAR working with Hikashop? The reasons I ask this question are:

1. in Configuring CANPAR, there is no place to enter any information that ties up with CANPAR( e.g. Merchant ID etc ..).
2. The Help is not available within Hikashop
3. On the Documentation page ( Hikashop Documentation Page ), under shpping plugins, all the shiiping methods are clickable except CANPAR.

The CANPAR shipping plugin wasn't originally developed by us but it seems to work fine on our end. Also, that shipping method don't need any Merchant ID to gather the rates regarding your order size/weight and address delivery.
Can you disable your manual shipping method and try it again so that we can see which error message your Canpar shipping method will display ?

I did disable the default shipping method. Still does not work. Also, there was no image supplied for CanPar as well.

Can you please confirm the Hikashop version you are using and the template you used for testing the Canpar?

I used the last 2.6.0 version, and the Beez3 default Joomla template. Did you set weight and dimensions on your product ?

I can only use manual shipping. Any other shipping method generates "No Shipping Method Found" error even in Beeze3 template!!

You should make sure that you correctly have configured a valid warehouse for your CANPAR shipping method, also did you set weight and dimensions on your product ?

Here are the screen shots of configuration of warehouse, shipping zones etc. Canpar still does not get displayed. "No shipping method Found" is the error message I got at shipping time.

The question I have is what is 4569 Canada Shipping Zone?
Note that for warehouse within Shipping method, I can enter any name and/or postal code.

Will it be possible for you to share your setting?

I added weight and volume to a product. That what I was missing. You did say if I have have added weight and dimension to my products. And I missed this point

One small point ... Instead of title "Shipping Method", how can I display "Shipped By Canpar"?

You'll just have to edit your language file via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Languages" and modify this line :

HIKASHOP_SHIPPING_METHOD="Shipping method"
