Can I know why you have duplicate your questions in the forum AND by email ?
We can't provide you any good support in such condition, specially if we have to reply several time to the exact same messages and writing the exact same thing. And if two different people are replying, the team is loosing more and more time !
So, please stop duplicate your messages.
Now about the "envoimoinscher" plugin, we removed it from the HikaShop packages due to a lot of issues with the EnvoiMoinsCher support team.
That plugin is not in HikaShop anymore and we don't provide any support on it except for bugs.
We wrote a documentation page that you can freely (and carefully) read

If you have questions about the plugin configuration, please re-read the documentation page and ask the EnvoiMoinsCher support team for more details.
If you have a real bug in the plugin ; we will be happy to fix it.
But our role is not to provide support on EnvoiMoinsCher services and configuration.
That is why we do not provide any support on that plugin anymore.
