UPS and USPS Plug In Details

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 46.0.2490.86m

Where can I find the details explaining each of the questions asked in the set-up of these to plug ins - UPS and USPS?

Just click on the tile "shipping plugins" and you will find UPS and USPS.

Thanks. It looks like you can use UPS with just weight and not Length, Width and Height. Is this true? How about USPS?

You can use USPS dimensionless too by using the "Use product dimension" option and setting it to no.
