Add flat amounts for UPS shipping

My client's pricing online includes UPS Ground shipping by default. He would like to add a different, flat amount to each order if the customer selects UPS Second Day or UPS Next Day. Is there a way to configure the system to add a flat $40 for shipping if the customer selects UPS Second Day, and a $75 charge if they select UPS Next Day?

You'll have to do 2 UPS shipping methods with different "Services" options (one with "Next day" and the other with "Second Day") and set the corresponding value for the "Price" option.
