Hi,

I have 2 shipping methods. I have free shipping for orders over 20eur
Shipping methods ordering in back-end is like this: First is with charge, second with free shipping....
So if buyer order is up to 20eur auto selection works fine but if over 20eur system will show free shipping method and it is not auto selected. Non of shipping methods..... Is there a way to fix it?

Hi,

I'm not sure what is the problem ? That they are auto selected ? That they are not ?
Did you activate the "auto select shipping and payment methods" setting of the HikaShop configuration ?

Hi,

Sorry i will try to be more clear.
Yes, i have activated "auto select shopping and payment methods"
The problem is that system will auto select only first shipping method by ordering in backend.
First shipping method by ordering in backend has restriction of max 19.99eur
So for orders above 20eur, going through checkout steps shipping method wont be auto selected...as system will show second shipping method by ordering in backend which has restriction of min 20.00eur

Thank you

Hi,

The system auto selects the first shipping method available based on the the order, and not the first one. So what you're describing won't happen.
However, once a shipping method has been selected, if you add more products to the cart or change the quantity, the system will have to unselect the automatically selected shipping method, and it will reselect another one only if the shipping view is in your checkout workflow.
So it's possible that you would have an unexpected result if you removed it. I however don't know how you setup your checkout or how it looks like with that issue on the website you're doing so I'm just guessing here.

Hi,

You are right, false alarm...
It seems I have played a lot with coupon code and product removing... Cleared cache did the trick and all works fine.
Thank you Nicolas.

Kind Regards
