Bug on Shipping methods

Hello,

I am facing a problem with the shipping methods of my eshop. When I put a product in my cart and go to the checkout, everything is fine, but let's say I want to add some other products, when I go back to the checkout, the delivery costs remains the same and the default shipping method (with the right price) is unchecked.

Any idea how I could fix this ?

The solution can be to :
- Go to the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
- Set the "Auto select default shipping and payment methods" option to YES
- Set the "Auto submit shipping and payment methods selection" option to YES

thanks for your concern, I have been checking your advices but the Checkout configuration was already like this in my settings, so the problem is still on and I have no clue how to fix it. Any other ideas ? Do you need to access my backoffice ?

I just tested it on your end and when I add another product on my cart the checkout page is correctly "refreshed" and the cart of your checkout workflow correctly display a shipping method with a price set to 9,50 €.

Can you explain me with more details how and through which link did you exactly added your second product on your cart ?

empty your cart, the n for example go on this page and add a product to your cart

then go on this page www.toniandguy.fr/materiel-tg/seche-cheveux and add the first product on the left Séchoir label.m Turbo 3200 and go to your cart, you can see what is on the screenshot attached ?

I finally correctly reproduced that issue on your website, but with the same configuration I wasn't able to reproduce the same issue on my end.
Can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it and test it again with one of the default Joomla template, so that we can be sure that you won't have any override ?

I have installed the very last version of Hikashop and change the template (Beez Template as default) but unfortunately the problem with the shipping costs remains (as you can see in the Screenshot). As soon as I delete a product and then add another product, the La Poste shipping option is unchecked (with the right value) and my cart takes the old value of shipping.

Any other suggestion ?

- Adding the "peignes" product (the LaPost 5.90€ was correctly selected)

I don't know if you changed anything but it seems to work now. I have just unpublished the Hikashop Envoimoinscher pluggin, I don't know if it was related.

Yesterday as I was unpublishing and publishing the plugin I had error messages like
this->shipping_id :array(1) { [0]=> string(3) "8@0" }

And the message disappeared...

Anyway, It seems to work, thanks for your patience (but I really would like to knwo what went wrong)
