Since upgrading to 2.6.3 the Fedex shipping rates that are being presented to customers are being doubled, and in some cases more than triple what we expect. Please let me know what specific information you would need from me to help troubleshoot. I had upgraded in mid-May and reinstalled the 2.6.3 update earlier today to get patches and hotfixes.

Thank you

Hello,

Firstly, can you show me how you configured your shipping method and products (weight/dimension) in your cart through some screenshots and also give me the shipping address used so that I can also test it on my end ?

Thank you.

Screen shots attached. The shipping rate we were expected is somewhere around $65.00 for Fedex Ground. What we're seeing is around $154.00.

I did not put a value in the Box Dimensions as it varies widely dependent on the product. Some are packaged separately. Others are boxed together. Nothing goes in a box that Fedex considered oversized.

Thanks for taking a look at this!

Hello,

That's actually weird, also note that in your case you'll send your product dimensions to the Australia Post platform, can you test it with a "volume" set to 0 x 0 x 0 through your product configuration page ?

Thank you.

It seems to be working to remove the the volume values from the product. I'll try removing the volume from a few more variants to see how it goes.

I don't understand your comment regarding Australia Post.

Thank you for your help though...
