Yes I understand we need the exact message, but I'm having trouble getting that. Some of the responses from customers have been:
"I've already filled the address, name etc' field and then I got stucked in the SHIPPING page,it's says-"no shipping method chose".
or something like that,even though I put my address details..."
I have tried on my desktop, phone, and tablet and still can't recreate the problem. I try this as guest and as a new registered customer. We are still getting orders in, but we are also still getting those that can not get through the system. It does not seem to be a geographic issue as the problems are from all over the world. I tried on multiple browsers as well, couldn't reproduce the problem. Could it be anything related to Java or various versions of browsers? We are using the USPS plug in... could it be with the USPS account or the interface to it as opposed to the Hikashop program itself?
