Hi there I've installed the canada post plugin. I am getting the error below when I try to checkout.

I saw a thread on the forum that said this might be a host issue. I put a ticket into cloudaccess.net and they said

According to the forum, the error return code is -3000, but you get -5000, so Im not sure it is the same issue, so would you please check if there is any possibility of setting error on your backend or anything relate to that? Its hard when the error return code is not manage by us. But we can confirm that on server there is no block on out going connection.

- Canada Post shipping method via "Hikashop->System->Shipping"
- Products that were added to your cart when you tested it
- Checkout workflow via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"

I don't know how you exactly planned to use your shop, but regarding your canada post shipping method, you'll have to configure a warehouse through the "warehouse" tab of your canada post shipping configuration page, but also a "warehouse turnaround time".
