Hello,

There is no UPELA shipping method available in Hikashop for the moment, but we can add it on our TODO list.
If you want it to be developed faster you can also post a request through the "Commercial Jobs" section of our forum :

Hello Erix,

Yes, Upela is in the shipping method TODO list with 10 other shipping methods (like DHL or SoCollisimo for example).
Because the HikaShop team is currently on specific projects I can't say if the plugins will be done internally ; but maybe as a third party plugin, like the refactoring of Canada Post plugin to use the REST API.
