extra information for different UPS shipping services

Hi Hikashopteam,

When we use the UPS shipping plugin, customers sometimes see multiple shipping methods.
I know it depends on which shipping service we choose in the plugin.
But for customers on the front-end it's not clear what these different shipping services mean.

So it would be nice if the plugin can show a question mark with a pop-up or tooltip for each service (which we can fill in at the plug-in) with more information for each service. But a link to the UPS website for more information or just a link to a FAQ page next to these shipping services to give more explanation would also be a nice solution.

Is there a way to do this?
Maybe with some customization?

In the editing screen there is a text editing field that any information inserted there will appear in the calculation of the plugin frontend.

That's a good idea. But where can I find all the constants from these services?

I can't find them in:
/language/en-GB or /administrator/language/en-GB
