I am having issue with add cart and USPS shipping pluging

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.31
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error, but some time I see following ---

USPS error: -2147219434 First Class mail must weigh 13 ounces or less.

but I facing add to cart issue

I am having issue with add cart and USPS shipping pluging.....when I enable the USPS shipping the add to cart notification stops working...but it works fine with the manual shipping...Please help to fix the issue. Thanks In Advance

As it's said on the error message returned by the USPS platform, your order total weight is too heavy for the First class shipping service.

The solution will be to ether set a "Maximum weight" of 13 ounces for your USPS shipping method, or to un-publish the "First class" shipping service.

Actually this is not the main problem, the main problem is that, "Add to Cart" is not working when I enable the USPS shipping plugin.
"Add to Cart" works fine till customer dont add the shipping address, if the customer dont have the shipping address the "add to cart" works fine on shop page, and as the customer add shipping address the "Add to Cart" stops working.

You can check it on "Shop" page in my website.
Let me know when you are testing so I can enable USPS shipping plugin for you when you are testing.

Yes It started working, but now it shows me following error when user is not logged in.
"No shipping method found"

That issue is probably coming from the fact that the login and address/shipping are on the same step, and we can't have USPS rates without any shipping address.

The best solution will be to change the way you have configured your "checkout workflow" via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout", and set the "Login" and "Shipping" actions through different steps.
