"Group Packages" Option Not Working

Hi,

We have noticed that the UPS and USPS shipping plugins are not grouping our packages correctly. If a customer orders X-number of line items (of any quantity) it splits the shipment up into X-number of packages. So if a customer order 4 different products (of any quantity) it splits the shipment up into 4 packages. 5 line items produce 5 packages, and so forth. The problem does not lie with different quantities of one line item, but rather when there are multiple line items added to the cart.

This is a huge problem for us because many of our items are very small/lightweight. If a customer orders one piece of six different small/lightweight items that we can fit into one package, HikaShop is splitting them up into six packages.

Our "Group Package" setting is turned on in the UPS plugin and as you know, the USPS plugin groups packages automatically. The UPS/USPS grouping does seem to group quantities fine, but is still failing to group separate line items. Any idea what could be causing this?
