Please also check the other product too. It's possible to get that if only one of the two products is assigned to a warehouse.
Also, if you deleted the warehouse and didn't save the product since then, it's possible that the warehouse is still seen as selected in the database. So make sure that you save both products once and try again to see if you still have the issue.
And if you still have the issue, please provide a screenshot of the settings of the other product and of each shipping method so that we can better understand the situation. Also, updating your HikaShop to the 4.1.0 might help.
