Hi, I have Hikashop business and was wondering about variable shipping prices. I want to set a flat rate of €6 up to €100 but free after that. I also have some products that I want to offer free shipping for that are less than €100 in price but they are small and I need to market them with free shipping. So for example if a customer buys an item with free shipping and another item with the flat shipping cost of €6 and the total cost is less than €100 I would need the €6 shipping to be charged. Is it possible to set this up? I hope I have explained this properly. Thanks, Niall

Hi,

What you could do is this:
- set a weight of 0 for the products with free shipping
- set a weight of not 0 for the other products with paid shipping below 100€.
- make sure that the "force shipping regardless of weight" setting is activated in the HikaShop configuration
- configure a manual shipping method with a "max weight" restriction of 0.01 and a price of 0 for the free shipping of products without weight.
- configure a manual shipping method with a "min weight" of 0.01 and a "max price" of 100€ and a price of 6€. Make sure that the "include virtual products price" setting is activated in the shipping method so that the price of the products without weight are also taken into account for the "max price" restriction.
- configure a manual shipping method with a "min weight" of 0.01 and a "min price" of 100.01€ and a price of 0. Make sure that the "include virtual products price" setting is activated in the shipping method so that the price of the products without weight are also taken into account for the "min price" restriction.

Hi Nicolas, Thanks for you reply but I'm not sure I fully understand. Do I have to use the shipping per product method? Is there a link to the documentation that might help me with the process from the start as I'm only learning with Hikashop
