configuration method free or paid delivery

Hello,
I have a manual shipping method (A) for everything and without restriction. another with postal code 60 restriction. another with postal code 02. how can i proceed so that method A does not appear when one of the 2 methods (60 or 02) is selected?

method A is a request for quotation and methods 02 and 60 are free and correspond to a geographic perimeter, I would maybe use the dedicated plugin later unless it brings me the solution to the problem.

Thank you for this explanation and I understand.
1) I create a zone which I call "France bis"
2) in this new zone I create sub zones.
in fact the zones zones are the departments of the country in question.
3) In the sub zones I will select all the departments except those which should not appear (02 and 60)
4) Then I assign this new zone to my specific method "paying A"
Then this specific method (A) will not be displayed if the basket address is 02 or 60
did I understand correctly?

1) je crée une zone que j'appel "France bis"
2) dans cette nouvelle zone je crée des sous zones.
en faite les sous zones sont les départements du pays en question.
3) Dans la sous zones je vais sélectionner tous les départements sauf ceux qui ne devront pas apparaître ( 02 et 60)
4) Puis j'affecte cette nouvelle zone à ma méthode spécifique "payante A"
Alors cette méthode spécifique (A) ne sera pas affichée si l'adresse du panier est 02 ou 60
j'ai compris correctement ?
