This can be for several reason, but the most common story is to have 1 or several specific character :
- In a product name
- In product sku code
OR
- Maybe in the order number format
=> To go forward on this subject, can you set Shisptation Debug mode to Yes, and process more test in order to see, in the
log file
what's going on.

And just to be sure, there maybe something to check on the host side, in order to be more specific we have to be sure that your host server configuration allow communication with Shipstation servers.
