Canada Post Advanced - No Shipping Method Found

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.20

I keep having a "No shipping method found" error with my Canada Post Advanced plugin. I have gone over the documentation twice and redid the settings several times. The product in the checkout has a price, dimensions, and weight. I don't know why it is throwing the error, maybe I'm missing something?

Hello,

Please enable the "debug mode" in your CanadaPost Advanced plugin in order to see some logs in the HikaShop log :

You issue can be a lot of things, something unpublished, an address not supported by CanadaPost, incorrect credentials, a postcode in an incorrect format for that CanadaPost API (which has been solved with the latest update).

Jerome,

The only thing in the "Payment log file" was a payment error from a few weeks ago when we were testing the payment portal. There is no other entry in that log file.

What is the address you're using in the checkout ?
Are you using a regular account or a guest account ?
Did you checked your credentials ?
Did you enable the debug mode and perform another test ?
Did you check that the plugin is right published ?

Address for user was entered in the previous screen.

Regular

Did you checked your credentials ?
Several times, even tried the development credentials

Did you enable the debug mode and perform another test ?
Yes. Repeatedly. Nothing in the log.

Did you check that the plugin is right published ?
Yes. I even removed the plugin completely from the site, reinstalled it, and tried again. No change.

Hello,

In the screenshot you provide, there is no address and HikaShop propose you to create one.
Please understand that the CanadaPost Advanced plugin required a logged user and a valid shipping address.
If you do not want to share your address, please try with a random address in Canada (like an official building, etc).
Also, the postcode should not contain space.

Removing the space worked.

However, at the top there is now:
"[CanadaPost] Calling soa-gw.canadapost.ca/rs/ship/price [CanadaPost] Calling soa-gw.canadapost.ca/rs/ship/price "

Hello

So you can deactivate the debug mode on the plugin.
And you should re-download the plugin to get the patch for spaces in postcode.
