I can't display shipping rates on product detail page

Hello everybody from confined France,

I use Hikashop Starter.

I need to display shipping costs on the product detail page.

I tried to activate HikaShop Shipping Manual - Price per product plugin and I folowed the tutorial but :

- I have an error 404 on product detail page (see attachment 1)

- The shipping method is not displayed on the detail product (see attachment 2)

I tried with ou without weight for products....

I am using a custom module to display the shipping cost on some product pages, as you can see it, but this solution is not satisfactory for me (and for Google Merchant Center).

I thank you in advance for your help.

Is the solution is to suscribe Hikashop Essential and create custom fields for products ?

Hello,

We need to see how do you set your configuration (through screenshot) to use the shipping per price, and so basically we have to see same screenshot that are shown in the tutorial (except the way screenshot) .

Can you try to process a test with a default template like ProtoStar to see if that solve your issue, or change something.

Nous avons besoin de voir l'ensemble des page de configuration (via screenshot) afin d'utiliser notre systeme de Shipping per price, et donc plus simplement voir les screenshot présentées dnas le tutorial (sauf les screenshot de chemin).

Pouvez vous essayer de faire des tests avec un template par défaut comme ProtoStar pour voir si cela résoud votre probléme, ou change quelque chose.

Thank you for your answer.

I tried by changing the template, the result is the same (003.png)

I then added the screens by following the tutorial.

Note: I have disabled all shipping methods except one, disabling any reference to weight for this one. However, when I remove the weight of an item, I get a warning message when saving (last screen).

I naturally remain at your disposal.

J'ai essayé en changeant de template, le résultat est le même (003.png)

J'ai ajouté ensuite les écrans en suivant le tutoriel.

A noter : j'ai désactivé toutes les méthodes d'expédition sauf une, en désactivant pour celle-ci toute référence au poids. Cependant, lorsque j'enlève le poids d'un article, j'ai un message d'avertissement lors de la sauvegarde (dernier écran).

Je reste naturellement à votre disposition.

Hello,

There things that I don't understand on your screenshot, from what I see it seems that your HikaShop Shipping Manual - Price per product plugin is an old version.
Meaning that you use a HikaShop 4.4 with an old version of the plugin.
Now, how it's possible ? Maybe your plugins folder access is "locked" and so, when you update HikaShop all is well updated, except your plugins folders (or else maybe ?).

From this, can you try to update via ftp your HikaShop Shipping Manual - Price per product plugin, to get the last version, you will find it in HikaShop package, in "My account" dropdown => "My Subscriptions".

Il y a des choses que je ne comprends pas dans vos screenshot, à partir de ce que je vois, il semblerait votre plugin Shipping Manual - Price per product soit une vieille version.
Cela signiferait que vous utilisez un HikaShop 4.4 en association avec une vieille version du plugin.
Maintenant, comme est ce possible ? Peut être que l'accés à votre dossier plugins est bloqué, et donc lorsque vous updatez votre HikaShop, tout est updaté sauf votre dossier plugins (voir d'autres ?).

A partir de là, pouvez vous essayez d'updater via ftp votre plugin HikaShop Shipping Manual - Price per product, et pour avoir la dernière version, vous la trouverez dans le package HikaShop, dans "My account" => "My subescription".

En attentes de vos retours pour progresser sur voitre sujet.
