Howto configure shopping for two serepperate sendings

I have the following situation
Most of mu products have a fixed price but some of them not. These products are havy and are send from an other location.

I use manual shipping plug in and configured like till 30kg a cheap price and after 30kg an expensive price.

This is working when I buy either an cheap product or an expensive product. But when I buy then together I get only the expensive price and not the combination price. Both products are send from an other location.

How can I set it up that for both types the send price are calulated?

It;s not working.

Let's see:

I made two warehosues.namely:
- Warhouse 1
- Warehouse 2

I made two new sending kost with restrictions on warehouse

Eur 50 -> Warehouse 1
Eur 4,95 -> Warehouse 2

All products are on warehouse 1 expept one product. That is on warehouse 2

Then the test:
Select a product send from warehoue1 -> sendingkost Eur 4,95
select a product sent from warehouse 2 -> sendingkost Eur 4,95

What am I doing wrong?

UPDATE: If I use a product withou a variant it is working. Seems something todo with the variant part. Could that be?

Extra update:

It's not working with product variant. In the database I see warehouse for the main prosuct as ID 1 and for the variant as ID 2.

In the variant I can't set in the backend the warehouse for a varaint.

Why is the warehouse in the variant not availible?

Direcy changing it in the database it is working. Of cource I can't let my client do that.

That's because variants should inherit the main product warehouse, so you shouldn't have to set it in variants.

Setting it in your database isn't a solution and can lead to more issues, can you send us a temporary to your back-end so that we can directly test it as I wasn't able to reproduce it on my end ? Thank you.
