Hi,
There are several conditions:
- If your customer test account has a shipping address outside Australia, you need to have the AIR or SEA shipping modes selected in the shipping method
- The shipping address of the customer needs to contain a post code
- If the shipping address is in Australia, the format of the post code needs to have exactly 4 numbers
- Weight and dimensions need to be provided in the products in the cart
- A valid Australian post code needs to be provided in the settings of the shipping method, without extra spaces around it.
- cURL needs to be available on your server
- The API Key needs to be provided in the corresponding setting of the shipping method, without extra spaces around it.
Normally, if any of these happens, and there are no other shipping methods available on the checkout, an error message explaining the problem should appear on your checkout.
So if you have other shipping methods configured, the first thing to do is to deactivate them temporarily in order to see the error message corresponding to Australia Post V2.
If you still don't see any error message, it could be that your Joomla template is not displaying error messages:
