Hallo ich bin neu hier und auch Neuling mit HikaShop.
Die Suchfunktion funktioniert nicht so optimal, deshalb ein New Topic.

Ich verstehe das noch nicht so recht mit den Versandkosten.

Vielleicht habe ich da noch nicht alles installiert oder konfiguriert?

Ich möchte gerne Waren mit Versandkosten anbieten und Warengutscheine (die dann per Post verschickt werden) ohne Versandkosten anbieten.

Ich komme einfach nicht klar. Habe schon Stunden gelesen und getestet und gemacht und habe Angst, dass ich nachher so viel verstellt haben, dass ich überhaupt nicht mehr klar komme.

Werden die Versandkosten über Liefermethoden angegeben? Das habe ich gemacht. Funktioniert auch gut.
Habe auch eine kostenfreie Liefermethode angegeben, jedoch bekomme ich diese nicht in mein Produkt Warengutschein.

Darf ich Hilfe bekommen? Ich würde mich sehr freuen.

Ich hoffe, ich habe alles was benötigt wird angegeben?

I'm still trying to understand how shipping costs work.

Maybe I haven't installed or configured everything correctly?

I'd like to offer products with shipping costs and product vouchers (which will be sent by mail) without shipping costs.

I'm just not getting it. I've spent hours reading, testing, and trying, and I'm afraid I'll end up messing things up so much that I won't be able to figure it out at all.

Are shipping costs specified through delivery methods? I've done that. It's working well.
I've also specified a free delivery method, but I can't seem to get it to apply to my product vouchers.

Can I get some help? I would really appreciate it.

Ich muss dann später das mit den Gutscheinen per Download einrichten, dann muss ich mich darin auch noch irgendwie einlesen.
