I don't see a post cost in your shipping address on the screenshot. Please make sure that you're using a real address, otherwise, Fedex won't be able to provide any shipping rates.
Also, it could be a problem in the settings of your shipping / payment methods.
I would first recommend reviewing the points we have listed in our FAQ regarding this:

If you can't find the problem with this, the please provide screenshots of the settings of the shipping / payment method (you can omit the credential fields on the screenshot, for security reasons, but make sure you've filled them properly).
