Can you give a link to your shop so that we can see that ?
Also, did you change the "checkout workflow" option of the configuration ? Such behavior can happen if you remove the "confirm" view from it.
Also, it can happen if you have a database query error. In order to check for that, please turn on the "debug mode" option of the joomla configuration and try again. That will display an error message in such case which will help us understand what is happening.

Hi,

That error comes from the mod_blank15v51 module that you're using. Could you unpublish it and try again the same thing so that we can see if you have an error an the end of the checkout ?

Hi Nicolas

I have unpublished the module that you show me and at continuing problem for now I'll leave it unpublished so you can observe.

In the screenshot of the page I send you a syntax error: line 1 ORDER BY.

may be this causes the problem so it can not complete the sale?

regards

Hi,

We would have to have both the debug mode turned on and that module unpbulished in order to be able to see the potential error at the end of the checkout.
The debug mode is turned off on your website, so we can't look at the problem.

The syntax error comes from the mod_blank15v51 module. It is something else and it's not related to that problem.

Hi Nicolas, Good Morning

I disabled the module that you show me and the system is in debug mode, to observe the error potential because it is not possible to close the sale.

Thank you very much for your time nicolas.

I don't see any products on your website. Please provide the URL to a product page.

Ok that's great. No mysql error at the end of the checkout.

So it must be a configuration issue.
Please do a screenshot of the Checkout tab of the configuration so that we can see how you configured your checkout.

Hi,

You're apparently on PHP4 that it leads to that problem. I strongly advise you to ask your hosting company to use PHP5. PHP4 has been unsupported for more than a year now and could have security issues. Normally, they should be able to do that without too much trouble and it will solve that problem at the same time I think.
If they can't do it, you can try to change the line:
<input type="hidden" name="unique_id" value="[<?php echo md5(uniqid())?>]"/>

to:
<input type="hidden" name="unique_id" value="[<?php echo md5(uniqid('hika_'))?>]"/>

in the file "step" of the view "checkout" via the menu Display->Views.
