Hi, we just had a customer from Norway, who couldn't choose a shipping method, because Norway apparently isn't counted as Europe in this respect, for which we have set the shipping and payment methods. So I created a shipping method specifically for Norway, which shows up ok.
But then the payment methods also didn't work. So I added the shipping methods for Norway, but that didn't help. So I completely removed any restrictions from the payment methods, thinking that if we can ship it it's ok. But there is still no payment method found for people from Norway (or outside of the EU I guess), even though every person on earth should see a payment method when there are no restrictions, no?
