all variations do work correctly, but not if i choose a privateperson in germany. there should be added the tax but
it doesnt.

any idea?

best regards

Hi,

The problem is probably coming from the way you configured your taxes so can you show me a screenshots of how did you configured you tax, also does your product have the same tax category as the tax that you configured ?

These settings seem fine.

Did you select a Deutschland zone which is not the default Germany coutnry zone of HikaShop maybe ?
Does it work for companies without VAT number on your website ?

hi!

no, i have selected the default zone of hikashop (see the new screenshot)

and yes, it workes fine with the same custumer-adress if only i insert a value in the company textbox.

@nicolas: you still have my admin-account for my backend.

for your information: i have updated to the last version ( HikaShop Business: 2.2.2 )

best regards
reinhard

Hi,

Then, maybe it's because you changed the "Default address type" option of the configuration to something else than "individual" ?
It should be left to individual for 99% of the cases, including yours.

I'm sorry but I don't have the access to your website and we don't have any tracking of accesses for users websites on our website.
