Negative Taxes

I'm having a slight issue in a couple categories of my site. When I'm on the back end, entering an order manually (I have a dial up internet customer that cannot access my site), I'm entering in products, and in a few manufactures of items...I'm getting a negative tax shown, where in other manufactures there is no tax listed (which is how it should be).

For clarification, my business is in Wisconsin in the U.S., this specific customer is in Canada...so there would be no tax collected as he is not shipping to anywhere in my state.

Please see the attached screen shot. What could I have possibly done wrong? I checked all the tax settings, and they seem to be correct, and I even compared the "negative taxed" product listings against the ones that have no taxes on them...and both have the sane tax category listed.

Ok, if there is anything specific you need to know, please tell me...

I ship all over the world, so all "zones" are published.

Tax rule (or whatever you want to call it) settings are set for "Wisconsin" only, listed at 5.5% against the shipping address.

Can you give us some screenshots of how you configured your taxes through "Hikashop->System->Taxes" and "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main->'Taxes tab'" ?
