How to set the same VAT policies for national and international orders

Hi,

We are currently finishing setting a website to sell retail products to all Europe.

If I put an national order, there's no problem. It includes the 21% VAT policy.

But when I put an international order, the VAT is put to 0% for shipping costs and prices in general.

Is there some way to handle everything (national and international) with the same VAT policy?

I think you need to go to menu "System >taxe" then you create a new rule with the rate you want and for the geographical area you want.
