EPR tax based on weight

Hi,

Our glorious government introduced a new tax called EPR (~Extended Producer Responsibility).
It is calculated based on the weight of the given product (multiplied by the ordered amount) and applied only on certain type of products.
Is there a way to set up such tax or extra fee in Hikashop beside the usual VAT?

What are the requirements for a website ? Would displaying the total EPR of the cart / order between the subtotal and total enough ?
Yes, it is enough to show the included EPR tax in the subtotal, but the net product prices should include it already.
So the customer would be just informed about that the order includes XXXX HUF/EUR/etc. EPR tax.

Or should it also appear in each product page ?
No, it is not required.

Could the value of the EPR tax be entered manually in a custom field of the table "product", for each product ?
No, we do not want to enter it manually. We have more than 1000 products in our webshop.

Or does it need to be calculated dynamically ?
Yes, this is what we prefer.
