no more VOTE STARS - no COMMENTS possible

-i can't more see the STARS for VOTINGS and can no make COMMENTS.
-when i try in backend under: hikashop -configuration- clients-cotings make a new manuel voting with a product number, doesn't works.

- when i take other words in space: articel i have an error ( there are always the word: koowa ????) look picture


What is/are the reasons ?

also i have the error: installer error : xml file no found after update the template

What have been changed between when it was working fine and now ?
Something updated ? If it is, thanks to try to disable the concerned component, template.

If it's HikaShop thanks to try to install the latest version from our website over your current installation.

i believe it was an update from my joomlashine template JSN Venture und the Framework together.

Thanks to use your browser console to see if there is any Javascript errors.

These errors can cause a problem when loading the stars, usw.

If there is errors thanks to see from where they come, if it's a plugin or something like that, you can try to disable it.
