How to change "Thank you for your vote"

I am trying to change the size, duration, and wording of "Thank you for your vote" when a customer submits a product review. As many of our customers are on the older side we want to make sure it is very easy to see that they have submitted their review as many are not seeing the indicator that their vote has been submitted and are therefore submitting multiple votes at times with different emails due to the fact they think it didn't go through. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
