Comment not displayed

Hi I tried reading any post but I couldn't find a solution,

The votes are correctly displayed but no way to see the user comments

They are auto published, they are active, set using comments and vote, it looks fine but I can't see them with my custom made template or with a default joomlla template so it shouldnt be a template problem.

As installed components I use just SPpage builder nothing else I tried disabllling it but no luck, nothing change.

Without you to loose too much time, if you could give me the right query to get the comments of a given product_id from the DB I could iterate and display them them by myself... THANK YOU!!!
