I have some problem with website

hello I have some problem with our website like blow

when I add a item to cart like this

I can find it in my cart

but when I add it to my wishlist

I can find it in my wishlist and there is two of it

and those items in my cart all gone.

how can I handle this problem?

Demonstration sites also have this problem.

Sorry but I was not able to reproduce the issue on the demo website.
When adding a product to the cart, it is well added to the cart, same thing for the wishlist.

Please give me a more detailed way to reproduce the issue

I too am having the same symptoms as well as others. When you start the cart there is a chance it will remain empty and sometimes it will add your item and if it does it may not update to any changes you make to it henceforth. However if I were to clear the cache in the backend of the website the cart can be updated once or twice before freezing again, the weird thing about that is I have disabled cache on the website and even removed the cache plugin.

Our website was working until yesterday which I spent most of the day on the forums trying fixes and such, I even restored an old backup from last October(HikaShop 2.2.2) which I know was working onto a different server and the interesting thing is the error is present on that website too. I know there has been no PHP or MySQL updates done in the last week as I run one of the servers myself, also no hacks to report either.

You mean that you add a product to the wishlist, and then when adding the product from the wishlist to the cart, it is emptying the cart ? I just tried, and the cart is well present will all the desired products in it.

no，not that. I mean there are some goods already in my cart and then I continue shopping, and I choose a new item to my wishlist not cart, and when I checkout, all my goods in cart is gone.....
