Move to Wishlist button on cart page when not logged in

Hi,

we've just updated to the latest version 3.1.1, the Move to Wishlist button on the cart page still doesn't seem to work entirely correctly when the user is not logged in. You can see it on the demo page as well:
- Add any two products to the cart
- Go to the cart page without logging in
- Select one of the products and click on the "Move to Wishlist" button-> Create new wishlist

We would expect to get a "You must be logged in to use the wishlist" message similar to when you try to add a product to the wishlist on product listings/pages. Instead, the message "Product successfully added to the wishlist" appears and a new cart (not a wishlist) is created with the selected product. Which is very confusing for the user, especially since the cart module on the left is still showing the cart with both products.

Can this be fixed to just show an error message "You must be logged in to use the wishlist"?
