There are no cookie settings in the plugin.
Note that the plugin only uses one cookie called liked_products required for how it works, and it is a cookie internal to the website and not a tracking cookie.

And yes, the plugin adds a setting "Only liked products" to products listing menu items and HikaShop content modules, so you can create a menu item to access the list of liked products, as mentioned on the page of the plugin.

This plugin indeed answers to the needs of merchants who want customers to be able to have a list of liked products, without all the complexity of a wishlist system (sharing to others, support of multiple quantities, conversion to cart, multiple wishlists, etc).
