Checkout & Layout Page email box is too long

That comes from your template which has the CSS:

#contact_name.inputbox, #contact_email.inputbox, #contact_subject.inputbox, #contact_text.inputbox, .validate-email {
width: 360px;
}

in the file www.petalpetcare.com.au/templates/zengri...ework/css/joomla.css

Remove it, refresh your browser cache and the field will display like the others.
