Easy Order Status Check

I'd like to set up a system where the customer can simply go to the site, type in their e-mail address (just the e-mail address, no password) so they can see their order status.....any ideas anyone?

Or even, they can input their email address and then the system automatically send their email address their order status and history record.

I think that you should :
- Go to "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
- Set the "Registration" option to simplified registration

That "Registration" option is only available in our commercial editions.
