Remove "powered by Hikashop"

The client wants to turn it off for a clean presentation. Since you can't do it from control panel, where is the php file in the latest version? Sorry, but most clients don't want to promote anyone but themselves. I have a problem with it only from the standpoint of needing to do whatever the end user wants/needs.
