Auto email reply for price on product page and DIV

Hi, I have some suppliers who are restricting the price of their products for display on my website.
i have seen other websites which have a "Get instant price" module which is an automated email response with the price, and a link to add the product to the shopping cart. This module allows us to get around the priceing issue. Has anyone heard of such a module!
If so is it compatible with Hikashop? Please help

Hi,

By default there are not this kind of module, but it's possible with some custom code.
You have to create a module, and inside this module you need to get the product id, and the user email, you can find how to keep that in the view "product / show_default".

Then send an email with the product_price value and add the link to add to cart. You can find how is this link in the product edition page, in the toolbar there is the button "add to cart HTML link"

Hi there,

I hope you understand that making this module is a little bit tricky.
It will require some coding skills in order to send a mail with everything you need inside so if you feel able to code it, you should ask on the commercial job forum.
It's not a big deal for a developer but it can take you a very long time if you know nothing about php.
