new order with no product associated

I am not sure how this happened but we just received a order, with no product...

It's impossible to have an order without any product in it , are you sure that you didn't manualy removed these products through "Hikashop->Orders->'Orders'->Your order" ?

no idea. deleted the order as I can't seem to solve the issue.

Issue persists. If you go here

and purchase a free item, you will see that you receive 1. email saying your order is created (showing a product), and then 2nd email saying your order is confirmed (no product exists any longer).

The product is gone in the orders section of hikashop backend.

I tried it on another event where it was not "free". same issues. Attached are the screenshots of emails received.

Ok issue temporarily solved:

I had a large number of custom fields and they somehow caused the problem. I deleted (in screenshot) custom fields 26-31 and things worked fine again. strange..
